There is a huge variety of makes and models on the market, and being able to make the right choice can be difficult.
Where do I start your asking... Fire choice first. If your not sure what to buy, or where to put the fire, I'm more than happy to give you advise bassed on my many years of experence. I need to look at your house, its size, layout, structure, to best determine what is going to serve your needs the best.
Then either you can buy the fire or I can procure it for you.
Building Consents, I can complete and submit the building consent on your behalf, I deal with the councils on a regular basis and understand there requirements
Over time wood fires wear out components, "important components"
You can't just install a wood fire and not think about its maintanance.
To perform like a new fire your fire needs to be inspected on a regular basis and any worn components need to be replaced. Running a wood fire without an intact top baffle is dangerous and costley on fuel (wood).
You should have your fire inspected & the flue cleaned on an annual basis.
